PokeMMO Move Relearner Locations and Cost
Move Relearners are now available in every Pokemon Center. They charge Heart Scales, with the amount depending on the move.
Current location: Move Relearners can be found in every Pokemon Center. Old guides that send Kanto players to the Two Island Mushroom Maniac describe a system removed in 2023.
Where to Find the Move Relearner
Open any Pokemon Center in Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, or Unova and use the Move Relearner NPC. You no longer need to travel to one special city or island for the service.
This shared location is the main reason older search results are misleading. Region-specific Move Reminder locations from the original single-player games do not describe the current PokeMMO system.
Move Relearner Cost
Payment uses Heart Scales. The exact amount depends on the move. Attack moves can cost from one to four Heart Scales based on power, so bring several when repairing a full moveset.

Tiny Mushrooms and Big Mushrooms were previously accepted by the Kanto tutor on Two Island. That exchange was removed, and mushrooms should not be farmed for the current Move Relearner service.
Which Moves Can Be Relearned?
The current system can restore:
- Starting moves.
- Level-up moves, including moves above the Pokemon's current level.
- Moves learned by a previous evolution, shown as Prevo in the Pokedex.
- Egg, HM, TM, and tutor moves that the Pokemon had when it hatched.
The final category does not unlock every compatible TM or tutor move automatically. It restores those moves only when they are part of that Pokemon's recorded hatch moves.
Before Spending Heart Scales
Check the Pokedex move list and the Pokemon summary first. Confirm whether the target is a level, Prevo, egg, HM, TM, or tutor move. This avoids spending scales while testing moves that the current Pokemon never recorded.
