How to Install PokeMMO Mods and Themes
Use Mod Management from the PokeMMO login screen to import supported mods, then select imported themes under Interface settings.
Download mods only from authors and community threads you trust. Mods do not replace the legally obtained ROM files required by the game, and this guide does not provide ROM downloads.
Install a PokeMMO Mod
- Check compatibility. Open the mod author's current thread and confirm that the file supports the current PokeMMO client version.
- Return to the login screen. Open Mod Management, then choose Import Mod.
- Select the downloaded file. Use the system file picker to import it. Keep the original package format unless the author explicitly says to extract it.
- Enable and restart if requested. Follow the client prompt and verify the change on the login screen or in game.

Enable an Imported Theme

Return to Mod Management on the login screen and turn off the package. Disable suspected mods one at a time when diagnosing crashes, missing textures, or interface problems; that identifies the incompatible package without wiping every customization.
